But all dangerous re-offender trials are public knowledge through new articles. So it's possible to go back in time and have AI cross link judges and perps.

It is incumbent on the Chief Justice to publicly recuse himself from hearing the Emergencies Act appeal, or any similar cases. Alternatively, the 8 other justices should pressure him to recuse. Failing to do so would have an irredeemable impact on the Court’s impartiality.
