NYC is 30% hispanic, 20% black, and 11% muslim.
Hawaii is 10% hispanic, 2% black, and 0.5% muslim.

Semi-Truck Driver Charged with Attempted Murder After 8 Crashes in Road Rage Incident
A semi-truck driver has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly causing eight crashes during a road rage incident on Interstate 57 in Chicago Tuesday morning, according to Illinois State Police.
Authorities say 25-year-old Hassan Moutassim of Jersey City exited his truck after the final crash, pulled a driver from a vehicle, and attempted to strangle them. He was taken into custody at the scene and is being held pending his first court appearance.
