I love my @LGUK OLED. Fantastic picture quality/connectivity. But. Why I shouldn't be able to turn off DolbyVision (& HDR) if I want to? Especially with built-in apps. Why isn't that a feature @LGUKCare? Many streaming shows are too dark to watch in DV. eg CROSS on @primevideouk.

@LGUKCare Hi. You need to address why the FreeSat guide on your TV's takes up to 30sec to load and populate. Doesn't happen on Freeview which I have upstairs. Your (all too frequent) updates could fix this easily but you dont. 10K of TV RAM mem could sort this annoying nonsense.

@LGUKCare Delivery refused due to a “6-hour rule” that was never communicated. No fridge delivered, no collection, and we were left without a fridge for 10 days. Issue not resolved yet! Had to buy the same model again at a higher price. Very disappointing service.

@LGUK Hello! @LGUK HDMI ports are still buggy on latest webos25 on G4 model. Constantly showing no input signal wallpaper when switching HDMI devices (Apple TV etc.) HDMI-CEC functionality is also buggy after latest update - not switching off the devices etc. Fix the software please!

@LGUK @LGUKCare Hi Love my OLED, and just recently started to use LG Channels However there's a really annoying bug/ feature. My only traditional input is satellite. No antenna(aerial). It seems LG Channels is piggy backing the antenna as an input. 1/3
