Scammers in Abuja everywhere. Even the supposed wealthy people are scamming.
A man paid 650 million naira for a land. 650 million. The seller is a chief and respectable man. The original price was 600 million naira.
This buyer promised to pay in 3 months but ended up paying 450m in total, within those 3 months, that means it’s 150m left.
He couldn’t pay the rest as the money he was expecting didn’t come through. He’s an Estate developer, you can imagine how many projects he’s doing. He also told the seller that, since he has paid 450m, can he start developing on the land? Seller said No.
Anyways, seller said, since you didn’t meet up with the 600m in 3 months, you’ll have to add extra 50 million naira, just for not paying earlier.
So instead of this buyer to pay 150 million naira balance for the land, he paid 200 million naira.
After paying, oya where is all my documents, transfer of ownership, etc.? na there story start.
One month after full payment, the seller had a meeting with the buyer to tell him that he has 3 options for him;
1. I have another buyer who wants to pay 1.5 billion naira, will you be able to pay same amount? 😭
2. I have another developer that wants to build 28 flats on the land, he’s going to give me 8 of those flats, and I’ll give you 4.
3. I’ll refund you in 4 days.
This buyer opted for option 3. Brethren, since January 2023, this seller has not refunded the 650 million naira to the buyer.
The buyer guy has gone to the EFCC, taken the case to several people, still nothing. In fact, they said the seller is a powerful man in Abuja. They said he is so powerful that, whenever this buyer goes to EFCC for instance, the seller will call him and tell him that my people are EFCC said you came to them😅😅
Anyways, the buyer went to VDM, and in 4 days, the police has arrested the seller.

Le montant de cette transaction a dépassé 640 millions de dollars. Après avoir reçu les appareils, la Malaisie a constitué une équipe d'experts et d'ingénieurs pour mener une étude détaillée de leurs caractéristiques et de leurs capacités de combat.

Lorsque la Malaisie a tenté de modifier le système d'exploitation de l'appareil, les États-Unis et le constructeur McDonnell Douglas s'y sont fermement opposés. Ils ont même menacé d'interrompre la fourniture de pièces détachées et la maintenance, et d'imposer des restrictions. Même lorsque la Malaisie a demandé des pièces spécifiques pour activer certaines capacités de l'appareil, la société a également rejeté cette demande. Finalement, la Malaisie s'est rendu compte qu'elle avait acheté des avions qui ne pouvaient pas être utilisés au combat sans l'approbation des États-Unis.
