@SeanM1997 Very good move from a strategy point of view. As BA axes CGN, there is no LHR competition anymore for EW from CGN. Allows Lufthansa Group to shift EW ops to secondary option LGW and transfer the valuable LHR slots to ITA.

@simonasbartkus Considering Wizz Airs huge inflow of new NEO aircraft, I suppose that Tallinn could definitely be grown to a base in the medium future.

Just before Christmas, Wizz Air added two more routes from Tallinn: Tirana, 3x weekly, starting in June, and Rome FCO, 3x weekly, starting in September. While it is still not a base, I'm not sure there is precedent for such rapid growth: Wizz went from a single route on offer from TLL to 9 in a few months.

@SPD_travels I suppose it is a charter as BFS-FDH also appears and that route will run once per week on Saturdays from 03.01.26 to 14.02.26 (Outgoing ski charter). One to watch though, if I remember correctly the last time that MAN and FDH were connected was with Monarch in 2015!

Info | Friedrichshafen has appeared in the drop down menu from Manchester for EasyJet. No dates are bookable and I suspect it’s a charter, but one to watch either way as it’s currently an unserved destination from Manchester.
