On 2/19, Hallen Const turned off my gas to work outside my house. On 2/21 the gas still line still off. NGRID is expected to turn it on but failed to show. No heat or hot water for a family of 5. Is thi acceptable? @1010WINS; @NY1; @7OnYourSide; @CBSNewYork, @PIX11News;

No heat, no gas, no hot water. National Grid put me on schedule for gas to be turned on 2/20,2/21 but no show. Hallen Constrct turned off the line but NGRID failed to turn it back on. @nationalgrid, @nationalgridNY, @NYCMayor; @NYCMayorsOffice; @NYCEMT; @NYCEMERGINFO; @FDNY;

Is anyone else in Queens, college point, Springfield Gardens experiencing this issue?

Really, how long it technically take for a serious tech to turn on a gas. What is the hold up? Is this a total failure? Do they have a back up plan to address these issues?

· @nationalgrid, @nationalgridNY, @nationalgridus stated they have a lot of emergencies_ why this is not in the news. The put me on schedule 2/20 from 8a.m until midnight, no show. I took off and wait all day, no show. Today is 2/21, no show. Are we dealing with a crew of 10?

I have been without heat and hot water since 2/19. Construction crew turned it off on the St. & @nationalgrid,@nationalgridNYm,@nationalgridus was supposed to turn it on. 3 days now, no show.
