Scenario 2nd. NWOG are generally strong, if held and 4HR gap beneath inverses we can look for shorts. If this scenario occurs market will be engineering three relative equal highs. Where on the higher time frame market will liquidate them after bullish trend starts.

Why?
Because that's the average cost basis of recent buyers.
