I know steak preferences are personal, but I looked at this and immediately thought it was overcooked. My buddy insists it’s perfect 😭

This may be a pointless match but Arsenal stuffing France 3-0 already is very amusing.

Yes, it really does seem that way. The recent “report” and referring to me as a digital assassin felt very much to me like they were laying groundwork. I spoke about this at length on my podcast
Tommy Borum † ⚡︎@tommyborumjokes

@RealCandaceO @paramounttactcl He's also continued the insane 'priming' of the public, trying to lay the pretext for the controllers to write Erika out of the script, since she's not a believable emotional asset character.

Remember the headlines last week? "12 extreme right-wing terrorists arrested for plot against an Islamic event"? 12 locals, including an 82yr old man were arrested and detained under special powers for a week for "daring" to investigate wtf was going on at Shrubland hall. It turned out to be a Ijtima gathering, which are banned across the Muslim world for being "dangerous". The police have quietly updated tonight: “We have made extensive enquiries, but at this time, we have found no evidence to support anyone being charged with any offences linked to the alleged threat". They raided all their homes and scoured all their devices hoping to find anything remotely "terrorist" and couldn't. Absolute disgrace.

Dr. Mehmet Oz says some NYC senior day care centers have become a "clubhouse for criminals." The CMS administrator joined independent journalist Nick Shirley in Queens, where business owners and pharmacists described alleged kickbacks used to lure seniors away from legitimate providers. Oz says fraudsters use patients' Medicare information to bill taxpayers for unnecessary services, fueling what he calls a massive criminal enterprise. Federal officials say they're now working to crack down on the alleged scheme.

The deaths of two U.S. service members in Jordan mark the first American combat fatalities in the conflict since March, as fighting between the U.S. and Iran intensifies. Iranian officials say the missile strike was retaliation for President Trump's recent attacks on Iranian bridges and airports, after Trump declared last week that the ceasefire was over and the previous agreement had effectively collapsed. The strike comes as both sides continue exchanging attacks, with U.S. forces targeting Iranian military infrastructure while Tehran expands missile and drone attacks against American bases and key Gulf allies.

2026 has been a historic year for well-diversified investment portfolios: The Permanent Portfolio is on track to gain +16% in 2026, its best annual return in 30 years. This strategy consists of equal weights of US stocks, 10-year Treasuries, commodities, and cash. This comes as commodities are up +26% year-to-date, equivalent to an annualized gain of +54% while the S&P 500 is up +10%, or +20% annualized. On the other hand, the 10-year Treasury bond price return is down -4% so far in 2026, equivalent to an annualized decline of -8%. Commodities are becoming a key driver of portfolio returns.

Alan Eyre wouldn't give the escalation a start date, and that was the point: trace the causal chain back far enough and blame dissolves. What's left is the cycle itself, and no one visible trying to break it. No Qatari shuttle, no Turkish channel, no Omani back door. Both sides letting the military talk. The ledger from the last 72 hours reads like the spring's red lines being run in sequence. The U.S. took out the Jask desalination plant, leaving roughly ten thousand people without water, and spent the week isolating Bandar Abbas by dropping the bridges into it. Iran answered by striking Kuwait's desalination plant, a power station, and the NPK crude export facility. Then came the warning that reframed the night: evacuate Dubai and Abu Dhabi airports, plus Fujairah and Jebel Ali, if American strikes hit civilian infrastructure again. Alan thinks they'd do it. His reasoning was about Iranian fear, not confidence. Tehran is losing a corrosive war of attrition. The tell is in the weapons: fewer rockets and drones, more anti-ship cruise missiles they can't easily replace. That suggests the coastal campaign is working, making escalation more likely, not less. Push oil toward $120, rattle markets, make Trump feel something. Alan was blunt on Trump: coercion needs a believable off-ramp, and Tehran doesn't believe he'll honor one. Still, two developments point the other way. The Majlis quietly replaced two hardliners on the Foreign Affairs Committee with moderates, and the MOU remains suspended rather than dead after the release of a detained Iranian-American. Iran is keeping a door cracked while it burns the house down. On Mojtaba: 6% dead, 75% disfigured and injured enough to limit day-to-day function. The silence changed Alan's assessment. Disfigurement explains no video. Nothing explains no audio. @AlanEyre1
