🇮🇱 Israel was responsible for getting rid of ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan after he issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu Israeli diplomatic correspondent Guy Azriel revealed a senior official told him that FM Gideon Sa’ar played a key part in the push. He oversaw a task force and used all the diplomatic leverage he could get to remove Khan from office. It raises the question of how Israel has so much power that it can commit atrocities in Gaza and then get the prosecutor who tries to hold them to account sacked. This is Sheikh Farouk Ramadan. Yesterday afternoon, he and his family were attacked by settler-terrorists on their own land. Farouk managed to disarm one of the attackers. When I say 4-6 reps is the most efficient range for hypertrophy, I am not saying the seventh rep undoes the first six. 6-8 still grows you. Slightly more fatigue for the same result, but fine. I go there myself when I fancy it. 8-10, the cost is noticeable. Above 10, taken anywhere near hard, you are paying a fortune for growth you could have bought cheaper. The further along training you are, the tighter that margin gets. Fewer fibres left to grow, and reaching them takes heavy load with the tank still full. Bury yourself in fatigue and they stay out of reach all session. So 4-6 stays the default. Not because nothing else works. Because I would rather train smart than earn my results the expensive way.
