#ManCity believe they have won the race to sign Elliot Anderson and are confident of a £65M deal. The 23-year-old has let it be known that the Etihad Stadium is his preferred choice and @ManCity are keen to get a deal over the line before the World Cup. [via @MirrorFootball]

ESPN is shipping Jason Kelce off to The Masters next week, per @_DavidRumsey. Kelce will serve as an on-course reporter during the Par 3 contest at August after making his debut at TGL earlier this month.

A bit of life news from me during the break… I got engaged to my favourite person! ☺️

What I will say, woodward made it a personal mission to keep signings away from city as much as possible and made a point to beat them. He would never accept players going to the blue side of town easily. I just don’t see Wilcox, berrada and the rest of the former city boys having that type of mentality when it comes to competing with city on players. At least arteta has been clear to fight for the players he wanted vs pep with the signing of rice. He’s wanted to show he is able to compete with and beat pep. Maybe one day he will beat him where it matters, maybe this season even.

Imagine being excited to send your girl off to be a whore at a festival.

So who was out best player this season on this kit?

🚨🚨🌕| NEW: Manchester United are in the race for Elliot Anderson, with Manchester City being the only competition. Man City can offer more money, but the player will make a decision based on the project. City are pushing on the player side, but United have already done the legwork, and neither have had formal talks with Forest. [@JacobsBen, United Stand]
