People work 8–10 hours a day, 5 days a week for someone else’s profit. Then they spend 4 hours at night staring at screens. Basically, living for weekends + 4 weeks PTO on repeat until age 65. While the government takes 25–30% their income. And we’re told this is “normal.”

At this point, I don’t even understand how people r still arguing left vs right. It’s clear neither side actually cares. It’s all just finger pointing non sense. America is captured clearly… the only things that move it are money $ & greed Waiting for the democrats to come in and then pretend to pick up the pieces after trump like they r going to fix things is another literal joke..just slowly moving us closer n closer to complete n utter control. The people behind the scenes will always be calling the shots, the oligarchs, the massive billionaires conglomerate money machines.. The money people, if it’s not the military industrial complex’s turn to make money next time..because that’s who’s turn it was this time, shoutout another Middle East war…It will be the big pharma industries turn again…the next “pandemic” so they can force feed u medicine again in mass scale. Lie to you like it’s free, meanwhile they already took ur tax money and handed it to big pharma for MASSIVE profits. Never actually trying to fix anything or cure anything or create real peace. Just cycle after cycle of the same shit. Until you have actually no chance to ever change a single thing about the circumstances. To keep you completely void of hope in a real change, keep you sucked into the social media algorithm to keep hating ur neighbor and blame him. Keep you working and just barely getting buy..no way to actually make a change, because ur too busy just trying to buy groceries to feed ur family. Fuck this system.

nobody told me this when I started working a 9-5: - it's not even a 9-5. every job I've had has been 8 to 6. - you get home, cook dinner, and don't feel like doing anything else for the rest of the day. then it's right back to work before you know it. - you used to play guitar. you used to read books. you used to work out. they just slowly get phased out of you and you don't even notice it happening. - you eat lunch at your desk because the job is understaffed and you have too much to do. that "1 hour break" they sold you doesn't exist. - you leave the house at 7. you get home at 6. you are physically and mentally exhausted. this is a "good" day. - you sit at your desk and can't get past 5 minutes without being the most bored you've ever been in your life - you feel ready to have a mid-life crisis in 3 years let alone before you turn 40 - one day you realise you're giving up 5 days of your life every single week just to have a few hours at night and 2 days on the weekend. and you just accept it.
