In the CagriSema trial, patients on sub-maximal doses lost MORE weight than those on the maximum (2.4mg) dose! This demonstrates the need for flexible dosing in the clinic- not all patients need or can tolerate the maximum dose. Insurance companies don't seem to get that... they force patients to increase to the maximum dose. A clever way to get patient to have side effects and discontinue the medication? 🤔 #ADA2025

Se mezcló entre la gente todas las veces q pudo. Apareció de imprevisto vestido de civil. Visitó el lugar donde estará su sepulcro, visitó a los presos, habló de Gaza, le espetó al vice de EE.UU su pensamiento sobre los inmigrantes, asistió a la misa de los enfermos. Mostró en sus últimas horas lo q es la templanza y la resignación. Lamento q no hayamos valorado este tiempo precioso q se nos concedió. Rezo por vos Francisco
