Acquisition: The most logical explanation for the silence. At a $18B market cap, it’s cheaper for someone like Microsoft or Amazon to buy the whole company than to pay billions in rent for decades. This looks like deep due diligence. 4. Lack of Demand: Highly unlikely, but the asset is somehow unappealing to major players. My Take: You don't plug in 1.4 GW just to sit on it. Every hyperscaler, AI company and Nvidia says power is the bottleneck, so that's probably true. Datacenter builds are being delayed or canceled. Getting a deal is not the problem. You don't want to sell cheap. So making sure they get the right deal with the right terms seems to be what we are waiting for. It is known hyperscalers want to do colo, IREN doesn't. We will see
