Chocolate Belgium is considered a chocolate paradise that attracts millions of sweet lovers around the world. There are many famous chocolate brands here with their own recipes and ingredients, each brand has its own uniqueness and characteristics. In Belgium, the composition of chocolate has been regulated with a minimum of 35% pure cocoa. Some famous Belgian chocolate brands include Neuhaus (No. 66 Steenstraat Street, famous for parline chocolate), Pierre Marcolini (famous for wine-flavored chocolate, quite expensive from 1 million VND/box). You should buy small boxes of 6-8 pills per box to save money and eat them quickly, without fear of the expiration date.

Waterzooi Waterzooi fish stew originates from the town of Ghent with the main ingredient being river cod stewed until soft in a variety of vegetables. Basically, the broth must be cooked thickly with fat from cream, egg yolks and butter. However, the dish is not at all rich in flavor but is supplemented with carrots, potatoes, celery, leeks, laurel... to balance it. It is known that Waterzooi was the favorite dish of King Charles V. Today, many popular recipes for this dish can be replaced with chicken to increase sweetness.

Gray shrimp croquettes Small gray North Sea shrimp are ubiquitous in Belgium. If you dine at one of the many seafood restaurants in the Ste-Catherine neighborhood in Brussels, you'll be given a small bowl of gray shrimp to snack on. The best way to prepare gray shrimp is to make crispy, fragrant Croquettes. On the outside, the cake is covered with a thin layer of crispy fried dough, and inside are fresh, delicious gray shrimps. This dish is guaranteed to satisfy picky diners. Gray shrimp are not only sweet and delicious, they are part of Belgium's cultural heritage. Traditionally, these shrimp are harvested along the coast. In Belgium, the profession of riding horses to catch shrimp has a tradition of hundreds of years. The only place that still preserves this tradition is the village of Oostduinkerke, on the Belgian coast. This profession is recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
