To expect anything good to come from OO as the new Speaker of Parliament is ironic. He was never elected by the people for that position but rather selected by the Museveni family system, and such appointments are usually meant to serve their interests and push whatever they want passed. So Ugandans should expect more of the same — or even worse than what we saw under AAA.
