As someone with a Punjabi background, my views are the same,m (see below), Australia is a Christian country, it has public schools and Christian schools and that’s how it’s been for a long time, now if you start introducing schools from every religion or some then everyone wants their own school, there will be a greater divide, that is not what Australia needs; ever. I went to a Christian school in Punjab with nuns teaching us before going to NZ, and that made adjusting to the new culture very very easy, if someone wants to learn their own language etc then do it at the religious institutes/temples etc which is fine but bring it into a suburb will cause further divide. Even my wife went to a Christian school in Melbourne etc. The below is not required at all.

So other cultures wanting to preserve their cultures is fine but White people wanting to preserve OUR culture in OUR OWN country is ‘racist’. Unbelievable 🤨
