We really hope the people of Venezuela benefit from the actions over the weekend. We wish only the best for customers impacted. Constraints on trade, travel, food, electricity, medicine have been an unfortunate way of life for too many. The real challenge will be PDVSA. We hope the Venezuelan people can be assisted to have a truly transparent view and vetting process for the transactions that are created for, or replace, PDVSA and its far reaching influence.
