I simply want a good process on how we hire a new coach. Thats my wish as a fan.I want the BEST person that can implement a system, develop & build a consistent high level output. There is NO one i count out. Just the process has to be professional & with no internal manipulation

@FootyLock6 Absolutely, they can't get this wrong, too many coaches over the last 15+ years. Changing coaches every few years gets you Absolutely nowhere. Pick the right one and stay with him.

No excuses now for the board to get the coach right, they’ve got plenty of time. Run a thorough, thorough process, many candidates, multiple interviews, presentations, background and reference checks.

The Solomon/Scott working relationship is ordinary at best. Scott doesn’t rate Solomon, and Solomon, who has hardly presented to players this season, thinks Scott sidelines him. Not ideal for either party or players & staff who see the tension. @7AFL @1116sen

@CalTwomey Yes we should, if West Coast can get a priority pick after winning the flag in 2018, surely Essendon should be able to get one. We've been down a long, long time ☹️
