A Jayden vs Caleb argument is legitimately fascinating because Caleb was MUCH worse than Daniels as a rookie. But then Jayden got hurt and Caleb out together some signature moments in the best Bears season in almost two generations.
So how do you weigh those? I don’t know.

2. From Week 8 onward Caleb Williams was 29th out of 31 qualifiers in CPOE.
Only Shedeur and Nine were worse. He’s just not an accurate QB right now. That can change but be honest about what he is and how far he has to go just to be league average.

From week 9 onwards, Caleb Williams ranked 8th in epa/play (0.147) Almost like it’s harder to learn a different system 3 straight years than to sit in a system for 2 full years before even playing in it. Once Caleb got more comfortable he took off. Citing full season epa/play is disingenuous in this context
