@LRWAVE @AirCanada @AirCanada left my girls with no luggage for two weeks last year when they went to UK because the airline knowingly flew an entire plane full of passengers with no luggage loaded. Luckily it was just clothes not necessary medical supplies.

Thank you Zina, I'm so done with all this frustration. @AirCanada won't even bother to reply to me. Been at the airport since we arrived at 5 pm with no response. Very upsetting

@LRWAVE @AirCanada Hi Louise, start emailing the executives at @AirCanada to get some action. Try Craig.landry@aircanada.com and Michael.rousseau@aircanada.com. Air Canada will be responsible for the cost of anything you need to get while you’re waiting if there is a way to get the items you need.

@AirCanada No reply since yesterday, it's effected me physically & my overall mental health. AC has no idea how difficult it is to do your function without your medical supplies. I am exhausted, forget our cruise which leaves today. #media

Sport was life in my family, and I loved gymnastics because it allowed me to fly. But it left scars. Until now, I have never told my story, but if it helps even one child or young person, it’s worth it. We need a national public inquiry into sport. cbc.ca/news/politics/…

Have been conversing with @AirCanada since we landed in Vancouver (9 & 1/2 hrs) where is my luggage with my necessary supplies. They just signed off with no answer! Horrible experience, they just don't care! NEED to take serious action! @CQualtro @JudySgroMP

@CQualtro @JudySgroMP @AirCanada situations like this need to be taken seriously. No one should worry about not finding their chair intact when they arrive. I've had this happen too many times & sure many others have too!

We shouldn’t need to have signs posted reminding us to be kind and respectful to the staff at hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
What on earth has happened to us that we have to be reminded to simply be nice and patient to folks who are just trying to help us.

The global pandemic has exposed hardship and fractures in the home care system. Repeatedly, people with disabilities have been asking for more resources in the community. There has not been a substantial investment in home and community care to resolve waitlists in over a decade.
