Sometimes you have to let people go. This morning I terminated my relationship with the lawn care company I had hired to replace this young man who was a one man show and his route simply got too big. The replacement company was extremely inconsistent with their scheduling, missed me two weeks in a row (yet they reported that they completed the work), butchered every tree I had them trim and one day, due to their inconsistent scheduling serviced the wrong property. In the days ahead, especially now that employees are being replaced by AI, it is critical to do quality work. Note: if you have a customer who has been through this, and they call and complain, and then the owner of said company tells you that they don't tolerate disrespect of their staff, for telling them to stick to the plan or you will find someone else, then you don't deserve that customer. Good luck. Second Note: AI can 100% replace lawncare and I already figured out how. The question is do I want to invest in it, build it and sell it for $1B. Real Estate Life...
