A kidnapping call takes a horrific turn in seconds.
Authorities say suspect Noemi Guzman stole a knife from Walmart before trying to kidnap a toddler by forcing the child and his guardian into the store parking lot.
Omaha police arrived on the scene and were forced to fatally shoot the suspect after she refused to drop her weapon and ultimately slashed the toddler across the face.
