@LSoepono @Hajj_nusuk What was the rejection reason? Usually they indicated the rejection reason in the email they sent. I have a friend who’s name also using ü and it was already validated with ue

@natnat6912 @Hajj_nusuk I have tried to fill in with an ue, it’s rejected too. I think it’s about the system. As it mentioned that the last name must exactly the same with the name in the passport.
