@MoHU_En @Hajj_nusuk believe it or Not, a new package was just announced for CH and already Sold Out! How can it be? Did you give it to travel agent to block the reservation and sell to pilgrims with some fees?

@fatmael2919 Have you clicked the “Confirm Reservation” in the bottom when you want to make Reservations/Booking? Afterwards you can see if your reservation is confirmed or not

@Hajj_nusuk @djmatrix00 @abderrahmanefad I got the same error msg when trying to book a package for a week now. I’m applying from Switzerland, would that mean quota is reached the full capacity? @MoHU_En no transparency quota for each country

@Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En The packages are NOT Sold Out that’s why is available to choose but got Error msg when select payment method. Pls corrected otherwise the website gives a wrong hope to the pilgrims. Please 🙏🏽

@Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En Many times tried and still showing the same. I just need a clear statement what does it means with “Masher Quota Exceeded” and there is a system error that the package is still shown some slot available. Pls corrected so pilgrims have clarity and not checking all the time 🙏🏽

@Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En Almost 12hr but still no solution. Earlier login to website said they will do update of packages so not possible to do any actions. Login again after 1hr or so still get this error. Is that mean no more quota? Why some packages are still showing some slots to choose? Pls help

Tried to change with other package and same error msg. I send an email to support Nusuk. Please help

@Hajj_nusuk Pls help us, we followed ur advised to register 2 separate group, 1 group-7 males &1 group-13 females. the male group able to secure a package but female group is still no booking confim to choose payment (insufficient slots?). There are 2 couples in the group they can’t separate

@Hajj_nusuk Please check again telephone number for Cash Centre in every countries. Can’t be you indicated Saudi (Nusuk) number for every cash center in every country 🤪 Be serious.. we are dealing with lots of money that people save every penny to able to perform Hajj.
