It will be for a lower court to decide if jt actually meets strict scrutiny, but this decision is going to cause a whole bunch of other laws, related to Healthcare regulations to be brought into question. This was a silly decision that will cause more headaches than help our legal system.

@LSynnove I dont agree with the Supreme Court on this, but thats just my *viewpoint*. They’re basically saying the states cant tell parents how best to raise their kids. Whereas they have let the states restrict substances due to evident objective public safety risks.

Which makes it so disappointing that Emma Watson tried to both sides the Gaza genocide by repeating the propaganda that armed resistance against the occupation is terrorism and falsely equating it to the IDF. Even saying 50,000 Palestinians died which was not only a shamefully incorrect figure but she refused to say they were killed by Israel. An embarrassing activist that enabled the dehumanisation of Palestinians and has remained silent since.
