Every time Bitcoin’s Fear & Greed Index has dropped below ~30 during this cycle, it’s marked a local bottom. We’ve just seen it again, while sentiment’s in the gutter, yet price sits at $110K. I see people all over the timeline giving up, smells like capitulation to me.
