@SpawnYaardReply This is crazy. I appreciate the response from the devs, but good lord, grow a pair guys, you don't have to patch the game in response to every angry nerd. I am really liking it btw, and think it could use polish elsewhere. This is not a big deal.

Crimson Desert has apologized for usage of AI art and is working to replace it. I found it yesterday. It's in the building right before Hornsplitter mission. "During development, some 2D visual props were created as part of early-stage iteration using experimental AI generative tools. Following reports from our community, we have identified that some of these assets were unintentionally included in the final release. This is not in line with our internal standards, and we take full responsibility for it. We sincerely apologize for these oversights. Updated assets will be rolled out in upcoming patches."

@MaheshPawaar @lakshyalark I'm currently using 45% of my 64gb on my main PC. However I have a laptop that only has 8gb and I've never needed more because I don't do much more than browsing or fiddling around.

@lakshyalark The nature of my work and the multitasking it demands – docker, local DBs, multiple browser tabs (browser windows as well) – 16GB is the bare minimum. 8GB wouldn't survive.

@IsThisA3DModel It's funny they say "without deep pockets" and I ask, exactly what industry has deep enough pockets and is against AI? Because I can't think of any industry that is not currently pushing AI. And the indiedevs and artists definitely don't have deep pockets.

AI guys: hmm does my slop AI video look bad or is there a vast conspiracy to pay random Twitter accounts hundreds of thousands of dollars to say my work looks bad? must be the vast conspiracy.

@zezba9000 @NES_Professor The static feeling that moves the hair on your arms and the light hum when the tube is turned on. The motion clarity is superior and that matched with the way the tube gives off a subtle glow, oh man, nothing beats it for me, not yet at least.

@_Jambax uhh that seems like a terrible idea, with the small amount of time I did spend in UE5, one thing I hated with blueprints was the mess of spaghetti you get when doing any sort of math in them. I quickly moved to using both C++ and Blueprints. It's much easier to read math in code.

I agree but keyboards should just have layers like any keyboard with the QMK firmware. My 54 key, split keyboard has a numpad layer, symbols layer and navigation layer. I setup my keyboard so I only need to use one side to my split keyboard when using Blender, literally a godsend.

Easy ways Blender could be more user friendly: - remove all hotkeys from the numpad by default. You can still add keys to it yourself. Plenty of keyboards and practically no laptops have numpads - Frame Selection by default should be on the left side of the keyboard for easy access. You should never have to move the hand off the mouse to frame your selection. Ive set it to C, 10x smoother.

@IsThisA3DModel Why would I not follow an account that specifically points out crappy AI 3D models and promotes actual 3D artists who create models by hand. I feel like if there is any account you must follow, this would be it.

People who use AI are not creators. They are not entitled to anyone's respect or support just because they take something a computer spit out and post it on social media.
