Our @NISDmartin @NISDLearningTre garden projects continue. Our Pollinator Haven didn't quite survive the brutal summer, but we persist. Our new endeavor, growing humongous cabbages! Our baby cabbage plants need to grow before planting in ground. So excited! #LearningbyDoing

Our @NISDmartin @NISDLearningTre #UnderTheSea curriculum continues with our "Ocean Zones" Unit. The Littles learned about the sunlight zone and a few creatures that live there, and made octopus hats while the older kiddos learned about all the zones and created infographics

So excited to start our new "Under the Sea" curriculum with our @NISDLearningTre @NISDmartin kiddos! We read Rainbow Fish together and critically thought about kindness and the joy of sharing before painting our own rainbow fish #STREAM

🎉Announcing our 24-25 @NISDmartin @NISDLearningTre iPlay team!🎉 20, 3rd-5th graders will compete against kiddos from across San Antonio! Today we met and gave our expectations for the team, the 7th is our first practice of the year! #excited

Day 1 of our Egg Drop Challenge.🥚As part of our STEAM theme this summer, our students are learning about engineering. Our @NISDLearningTre students worked as teams to design and create their own protective crafts in which we will be testing tomorrow, Stay tuned for the results📋

@NISDLearningTre Camp Martin was beautiful today! Kinder-5th planted a Pollinator Haven in our Martin flower beds that have needed some TLC. Who better to give that Tender Loving Care than our amazing @NISDAdamsHillES Patriots @NISDGlenoaks Owls and @NISDmartin Engineers!

ACE @NISDLearningTre Camp Martin went on an incredible field trip to the @WitteMuseum Our @NISDAdamsHillES @NISDGlenoaks @NISDmartin students learned by doing, half having never been to a museum before, explored "Surviving Space" "Sharks" the "Tree house" &everything in between!

One of our many @NISDLearningTre partners this summer is Smash Dance with our favorite dance instructor Mr.Kevin🕺🎶Our @NISDGlenoaks @NISDAdamsHillES @NISDmartin LT students warm up by stretching and getting their bodies moving in sync with Mr.Kevin!
