@RobertGirgis@Ebuyer@EbuyerHelp I'm having the same issue. I paid for next-day delivery and I've requested for alternative products but they're not getting back to me.
@LXLEE thanks for reaching out! Please send a note with the caliper serial number (etched on the underside) to sramusa@sram.com and we'd be happy to help.
@SRAMroad Hi, one of the bleed port covers from my Sram eTap HRD is missing after sending them to my LBS to fix it to my trusted steed. They claimed it didn’t come with it but that’s certainly not the case. Is the cover available to purchase? I can’t seem to find it anywhere...
@Argon18bike Awesome! What about inflating a 25mm that will end up about +/-27mm or 26mm inflating to be around 28mm? Im assuming the latter is probably pushing it...
@Argon18bike I am enjoying my trusted steed :) I’m planning on getting a new wheelset. It has an internal width of 20.7mm. Inflating a 24c tires on them would probably end up to be about +/-26mm. Would that still fit?
@LXLEE Hi Alex, Thanks for reaching out! The Press Fit 3D system tool 1 1/4 is not a requirement. Here's a detailed guide that may help you: argon18bike.com/uploads/files/… Do not hesitate if you have any other question. Cheers, Valerie @ Argon 18
@Argon18bike Thinking of testing different headset height on my Nitrogen Pro. Is the Press Fit 3D system tool 1 1/4” a requirement? Can I just use the stepped bushings on Park Tool HHP-2?
@VodafoneUK Hi Graeme, thanks very much for getting back. Yes, I’ve contacted @fonehouse but it was on late Friday so no feedback yet. Screenshot is an initial email from them.
@LXLEE Apologies for the delay in getting back to you Alex. Did you apply for this new contract directly with ourselves, or through a third party supplier? If through a Third Party, have you contacted them to find out more? If there's anything we help with, please let us know. Graeme
