@rapha does #rapha even have customer support? I’ve called during posted US business hours and hear the voicemail that it’s outside of business hours. I’ve also tried contacting live support and told the same thing. I’ve emailed as well. I ordered 2 items 8 days ago, no ETA.

@rapha DPD are rubbish, ordered yesterday Tuesday evening paid extra for next day but I knew it would be Thursday, needed the item for Friday, DPD said they would be here today. Waited in all day, they’ve just messaged to say the not coming. Absolutely rubbish 2nd time

@rapha Very unhappy with the classic sunglasses. Had them just over 18 months and not worn them much. The arm just came away when I was putting them on.I contacted the repair team and was told that it is wear and tear,note broken screw=faulty.Not what I expected from @rapha
