$PANW Stock prices may swing wildly on sentiment and headlines, but over the long arc they always realign with fundamentals. That’s why I’m comfortable buying dips in wide‑moat companies when the selloff is purely emotional and the underlying business remains as strong as ever.

Shocking that Berkshire dumped UNH before the recent recovery rally ( possibly at a loss) , dumped Amazon bought back delta airlines ( which they previously cut loss on ) , bought Macy’s( looks like a value trap ) and bought Googl after its had its strongest rally and when its overvalued WTF is going on there ?? Lost their f**kng minds
The Kobeissi Letter@KobeissiLetter

$FIG The bear case for Figma was that AI would compress seats, automate design work, and erode its collaborative moat, but we are seeing the opposite -- AI is expanding Figma’s seat footprint, not shrinking it.

$PAYX has a wide, durable moat, driven by regulatory entrenchment, workflow lock‑in, switching costs, and scale. According to FAST Graphs, the stock is trading at multiples that were last seen during the 2008 GFC and 2020 covid-19 pandemic. Dividend yield at 5.25%.

$SMH How much higher can semis go? It's now above its major resistance trendline. Risk/reward looks poor.

From a technical standpoint, the stock is also approaching a major resistance trendline.

$ASML On a 10-year basis, ASML’s P/E is above its historical average, approaching its peak level in the 50s. This suggests the risk/reward profile today is poor.

@LXVOptions Thanks, I can't afford Fastgraphs. Yeah I have $SYK ranging from around $320 down to 280s. Plan to keep the 200 in the 280s.

So many software stocks to buy today, so what should we cross off list? When it comes to big legacy, $ORCL over $SAP all day, even after this run. I did buy SAP in 2022 and sold way too early, I think it was in $120s. Don't regret it though because look at long term chart, does this look like a long term buy and hold to you? Even with dividends reinvested, returns are rubbish vs. S&P. Plus, don't forget the German dividend withholding tax of 26.375%. I did buy 100 of $PLTR but the other much bigger buys of a dozen+ are non X stocks, so no one cares about them.

One thing investors miss in the short term is separating deterioration in business quality from temporary investment cycle pressure. Margin compression gets treated as if the moat suddenly disappeared overnight, when in reality what is happening is that a dominant platform is deliberately reinvesting to strengthen the ecosystem and expand market share. 🌹

Technical Support: SYK has plummeted to a major support/resistance pivot at $281. This level aligns with a massive “volume shelf” (high-volume node), indicating significant institutional interest and price defense at this zone.

$SYK Stryker is a global titan in medical technology, dominating the “hospital backbone” through its MedSurg, Orthopaedics, and Neurotechnology divisions. Despite these structural strengths, SYK is currently trading ~30% below its July 2025 all-time highs. 🧵:
