@LYF_In I have LYF mobile, model number LS-4505, Android version 5.1.1, I have installed Airtel 4G SIM on my mobile, but after installing SIM VoLTE is not coming and there is no option to turn on VoLTE in the settings. I checked the software update no update came .

Went to @JioCare for repair of #lyf phone. They checked and said the ph can't be repaired, on next visit they said it ll cost rs950 for a refurbished ph with 1 mnth warranty, however a new ph comes at 1499 +1yr recharge, bt old jio sim can't be activated in new ph. Need help.

@JioCare near sealdah railway station says people should stand outside near lift without available sitting arrangement, but jio employees can be inside in AC rooms. Is this service? one security personnel is receiving and accepting phones. Employees stay inside. @MukeshAmbanima
