So, it breaks my heart to say that we've had to withdraw from the adoption process. They asked us to find alternative homes for our docile, loving dogs. They were concerned about my writing career. Hands up parents who write and have pets? The system is broken beyond repair 😢

The recent ED discharge where elderly medically fit patient sent home at 11pm & family complain. Is it just me that wonders exactly where is the family in all this? I recognise not all older patients have family close, but it never ceases to amaze me how little some families
