By enabling clear communication, structured problem-solving, and inclusive decision-making, facilitation drives performance & innovation. Bringing in highly skilled external facilitators who help us to see the big picture can be a powerful intervention but it isn't enough. Every leader should be a facilitator. Leaders who prioritize & cultivate facilitation skills often see immediate improvements in team dynamics & productivity. In January 2023 15-year-old Holly was stalked and murdered by her ex-boyfriend. She was too young to be classed as a victim of domestic violence but her family believes her death should be recognised as such in order to help save young lives in the future. bbc.com/news/articles/… Lee and Micala Trussler hope Holly’s story may educate others about domestic abuse in young relationships.

Husbands coming to see me today- as every day- the sheer love and outpouring of support also taking about death and living in a hospice is a brilliant thing - people need to have more dialogue around death and how families are affected at this time- it’s scary I know
