The biggest project we are working on @ cryptogaza(.)com is permanent Community Protection & Wellbeing Centers.
We will renovate, pay for staff (social workers & psychologists), equipment and training materials.
This includes psychosocial support, GBV prevention, life skills, volunteer training (case management & referral), youth engagement and peacebuilding.
The desired impact is 4 permanent centers, 200 volunteers trained and 10,000+ people reached.
We haven't yet started the project due to the danger that still exists but have funded it completely. The money you guys have raised will have massive effects on top of what has already been distributed.
Thank you.

In Islam hygiene is not optional, it is mandatory.
We perform ablution several times a day, washing hands, mouth, face, arms and feet before prayer.
After using the restroom we cleanse with water, not just paper.
Cleanliness is part of faith

Also, creator fee claims are currently turned off. My rough plan right now is:
Since we saw how rocky things can get with those extreme 100-500% price jumps pre-migration, fees generated during the entire bonding curve phase will be routed to the balancer to help deepen and keep the starting liquidity balanced.
After bonding, fees are claimable by the creator of the token that seeded the initial SOL.
This is subject to change and we'll iterate as we go, but this seems like a decent balance between filtering out low quality garbage and serial deployers, while still rewarding creators. The cool thing about the arb pool is that it introduces a lot of additional volume and therefore fees.
Ok I put some clamps in place and finally got somewhat of a decent hold on the pegs for both the PVE and B coins, moving through the rest of the deploys.
Plan right now is this:
Get all the deployed pairs from earlier pegged again with some hard manual resets right now, then spend the rest of the day fully optimizing for future deployments based on all the info I gathered from these launches.
Very valuable experience to have this happen, just stressful as hell. Going to catch a breath for a second.
Here's the main thing that's happening: The USD1 side pools are always playing catch up because arb bots look for this route:
cheap (b), swap 1:1 in arb pool for (p), sell (p)
or the other way around
Now if (b) is cheaper, why aren't arb bots doing this. Because they have to account for losing 4-5% slippage on these USD1 routes for the arb to profitable. I already compensated for this, just not nearly enough especially with new launches.
Thanks for the patience, going to be working nonstop.
