@UNEB_UG When requesting the verification of academic documents issued by UNEB, what is the specific purpose of providing introductory letters from former schools? Why are copies of the documents themselves not sufficient for UNEB to conduct and complete the verification process? Can the purpose of the introduction letters really justify requiring an individual to travel, for instance, from Arua to Kisoro (783 km), just to obtain them?
