Charlotte Genestet nous présente un projet développé au sein du @LabexEcofect sur les facteurs génétiques de Mycobacterium tuberculosis liés à la sévérité de la tuberculose pulmonaire

C'est parti pour la Journée 2022 de Santé@Labex à @embarcaderelyon, symposium dédié aux projets interdisciplinaires.

On reprend cette journée avec la présentation de @labXC et Samuel Venner sur le projet Respond Ab-One, une prolongation scientifique du projet collaboratif Antiselfish financé par le @LabexEcofect sur l'antibiorésistance liée à Acinetobacter baumanii.

Le temps est de la partie pour cette journée 2022 du @LabexEcofect . Nous prenons le large pour une mini croisière sur la Saône 🚢

Nous plongeons à présent dans l'univers de la cryo-microscopie électronique avec la conférence plénière de Christiane Riedel, qui vient de rejoindre le @CIRI_Lyon, sur l'étude des cycles de réplication chez les virus.

ERMIT, un autre projet collaboratif @LbbeLyon & IVPC financé par @LabexEcofect est à présent présenté par @marie_fablet Ce projet a mis en lumière l'interaction entre les éléments transposables et l'infection virale chez la drosophile 🪰

Nous restons sur le modèle chauves-souris 🦇 avec la présentation de Stéphanie Jacquet sur la modulation des réponses immunitaires des chauve-souris par les virus, en particulier le rôle de la protéine PKR, projet collaboratif du @LbbeLyon et @CIRI_Lyon financé par @LabexEcofect

Nous continuons avec une présentation de @brankahorvat88 du @CIRI_Lyon sur les mécanismes immuno-pathologiques du virus Nipah, avec les résultats du projet Bat-Nipath qui a reçu un financement du @LabexEcofect .

Nous démarrons cette journée de clôture du Labex avec une présentation par les co-directeurs #FLCosset et #DPontier des succès du LabEx au cours des 12 années du projet.

Une étude collaborative entre équipes du LabEx Ecofect montre les mécanismes permettant à la bactérie A.baumannii d'acquérir des gènes de résistance à partir de bactéries voisines par transformation naturelle. @VetAgroSup @Inserm @CNRS @UnivLyon1 ➡️bit.ly/3LfyAlD
