The announcement that Labor will require public hospitals to offer the full range of women’s health services, including abortion, is vitally important. Congratulations @tanya_plibersek Dare I suggest that all hospitals accepting public funding should be required to do the same.

Labor would, under Commonwealth-State hospital funding agreements, expect abortions to be provided consistently in public hospitals. SA is the only place where they're routinely done publicly at no cost. Most patients elsewhere find $ at short notice to see a private provider.
