Heartbreaking news. As a Simons postdoc fellow at MIT, I had the chance to present my work to Jim and Marilyn Simons when they visited in 2020. He is a visionary philanthropist who founded the Simons Foundation in 1994, and we learned so much about the genetics involved in ASD

It is with great sadness that the Simons Foundation announces the death of its co-founder and chair emeritus, James Harris Simons. Jim was an award-winning mathematician, a legendary investor and a generous philanthropist. simonsfoundation.org/2024/05/10/sim…

We are excited to introduce the Johns Hopkins University OneNeuro Initiative.
Neuroscience research and education is thriving across Johns Hopkins University in over 30 departments across all schools. The OneNeuro Initiative's vision is to bring the vast neuroscience community at Johns Hopkins together to promote interaction and collaboration and forge new understanding of the brain and mind in health and disease. This includes the full arc from molecules and cells to the complex network of neuronal circuits that constitute the mind.
We hope you will visit the OneNeuro Website often to learn what is happening in the neuroscience community at Johns Hopkins.
