I think Gout Gout is a good guy. A lot of people attack him on X because he is ethnically South Sudanese and I think that’s sad. He’s a good guy on a personal level. He was completely coached and trained by Australian coaches at Australian schools, so Australia gains sporting prestige from his victories. I enjoy his sporting ability, it’s impressive. It’s cool that he grew up and went to school in Ipswich, like 30 minutes away from me. I feel a sense of vicarious victory when he wins. People should be more normal and chill. Enjoying Gout Gout’s victories doesn’t mean that you have to endorse infinity migration. You can just enjoy one cool individual guy who is doing good work

@micnorian14 @Pirat_Nation You would have to be running a game that uses a lot of ram plus have many chrome tabs open at once to saturate 16gb. 32gb is just nice to have so you never have to even think about ram usage. I am still running 16gb DDR4 ram on an AM4 system. No problems at all.

@Pirat_Nation DDR3 and the architectures that run them are significantly inefficient and outdated. Just piecemeal a 4gb or 8gb stick at a time until you've got 16gb. I've yet to see any normal use case that needed more than 16gb. Even fringe cases managed fine with 16gb.

@whirlyys You’d be hard pushed to notice but you will see a difference. I wouldn’t bother with anything beyond 240hz though, I had a 360 and 500 and my old eyes couldn’t tell the difference from 240hz other than the eye watering cost!
