@kennethPharmD Very few even had cultures unfortunately because we were targeting uncomplicated CA-IAI (which make MSSA even less likely) but I should double check..

@kennethPharmD @Antibioticsbot Thanks! I tried looking for any data to suggest negative outcomes with cefepime and didnt find anything. The response I got when I asked the provider was "i haven't used cefepime for MSSA". Now I am in the process of finding literature to defend its use and discuss as a group🤞

Finishing up evals for both a student and our new PGY2 ID resident who I had on rotation this past month and reflecting on how much fun we had learning about stewardship and Micro! Also @Lacymycin was awarded an @IDWeek2021 trainee award and we are SO proud of her! 💪🏻🦠🔬
