This is a great summation with only a minor hiccup, which the gentleman corrected towards the end.
At one point he stated that Trump only knew what the underlying offense was at the end of the trial, which was false.
To this day, neither Trump, nor anyone, knows the actual underlying crime he was convicted of..
Obviously, that's completely against American jurisprudence. But, this is the type of dirty lawfare Democrats waged to skew the election.
For anyone keeping tack, this is 10,000 times worse than Watergate.. and it's only one of the completely illegal lawfare cases Democrats waged against Trump to interfere with the election.
Back to this particular case, not only does Trump not know, nobody knows the underlying crime - because the judge specifically instructed the jury to ignore unanimity for the underlying crime. So the jury never had to agree on the crime. That's outrageous.
So basically, Trump went into the trial not knowing the charges against him and he was found guilty without telling him which underlying offense he was found guilty of.. it's absolutely insane.
Just imagine if Republicans did this to a Democrat during a presidential race.. the media would be absolutely livid and would be the top subject for years and years while books and movies would be written, etc.
