We spent an afternoon with engineering leaders talking through what AI adoption actually looks like beyond pilots and prototypes. This AI Leadership Exchange, hosted with Nx, focused less on tools and more on where things are breaking down in real workflows. In last week's live session with @MazenChami, @BrandonMathis, and @GantLaborde, we got into what #AI actually looks like inside @ReactNative workflows, where it’s helping, where it still falls short, and how teams are thinking about agent-driven development in practice.
