I think every time @SantaCruzMETRO makes me late to work paracruz (at least once a week) they should have to pay my faire for risking my job…. I mean “we have so many drivers most of the time we are just sitting waiting” - 4 different drivers who I’ve ridden with 🤷🏻‍♀️ seems fair!

I'm not sure but I think my friend finally got the refund of the second ticket after seven months full of excuses and trying to delay just to avoid having to pay. It's a shame! I keep my fingers crossed for your friends, that they will get their refund soon.

Update: as of this morning nothing from @CreationEnt she hasn’t even received an email that anybody is looking into the issue… I have to say it’s not looking very good on the part of their company as she says that she’s already gone through a laundry list of excuses- 1/2

@duchessadicuori @CreationEnt @Dean_Devlin @LeverageRedempt It’s almost like they spent the money before it was actually theirs and now they don’t have anything to return to the people whom they owe so they are full of excuses. And it’s so incredibly sad they used to be such a reputable company. I’m sorry your friend is going through that

@LadyLeverage @CreationEnt I can only hope that @Dean_Devlin @LeverageRedempt will not use this company again in case there will be another CON in 2026. Even the whole ticket buying process was a hassle, as we are not based in the USA. For us, @CreationEnt is definitely not recommended.

Just found out that some of my friends, and quite a few others never received their refunds for @ElectricEnt1 ‘s Con through @CreationEnt for @BethRiesgraf ‘s unfortunate need to cancel . One Friend in particular is an amazing individual who does so much to for others I’m- 1/2
