@LadySnake56 Sorry to hear about your mobility issues! I get arthritis in my knee sometimes and don’t walk about much during flare ups! I hope that you manage to shift a few pounds! Just try and avoid anything too sugary and not too much bread👍🏻 Best wishes to you xx

@BerisfordRon So forget the walking. I’ll do leg exercises (with resistance bands) to bring back my dancers’ legs) arm exercises, & back stretching, but that’s the best I could do. But I congratulate you on your 3 stone loss. That’s a helluva lot!

@LadySnake56 I just watch how much I eat now and try to avoid anything with carbs and sugar! I also try to get ten thousand steps in as often as I can my friend xx🙏🏻👍🏻🥰

@BerisfordRon Watching what I eat (including condiments), I’ve stopped regular sugared sodas for ZERO Sugar soda (Diet Pepsi, Coke Zero — gotta have my colas!), I’m lucky if I can walk 50 steps per day (I have stenosis in my lower back, obstructs my ability to walk even as far as the post box)

@BerisfordRon How’d you do it? My Mama lost 20lbs when she was ill, but is gaining weight back now she’s better.
