2 months ago in EP lab: 72 yo patient inferolateral MI. ICD. Syncopal VT (RBBB). Activation and voltage LV map: continuous diastolic electrical activity (VT);fragmented EGM (SR). RF ablation in this area and RF lines towards the dense scar: VT non-inducible. He remains free of VT
