Lake 5 Media will remain open virtually at this time, and will implement a full Work From Home policy beginning Monday, March 23rd, in accordance with New York State recommendation. We will reevaluate our policies every 2 weeks or sooner when necessary.

The Lake 5 Media software system is available for use on any device with internet access and a web browser. The Lake 5 Media Client Services team remains available during normally scheduled hours. The team is happy to answer any questions by e-mail and/or phone.

Online training sessions and Q&A sessions can be set-up at your convenience – please contact your customer service representative to arrange. Our engineering and data processing teams remain fully operational supporting our fully operational system.
