Yes, absolutely. Unfortunately Trump lacks strategic insight and didn't forsee that Iran would do the unthinkable in his mind and close the strait. He likely felt they wouldn't have the audacity to in face of overwhelming US firepower, but he was very wrong. Had he served in Vietnam, he may have averted a war completely knowing what it feels like to lose fellow soldiers but he dodged the draft five times because of a, "bad foot." Now we're here in 2026, with one of the greatest blunders in US history, with a foe who is indifferent to death and ready to bear any cost if it means they can, "wash the boots of their foe with blood, so not one grain of sand leaves our land."

In my town republican candidates have no chance and our local government and town meeting are almost completely democrat. Massachusetts doesn’t have a single republican representative in Congress even though 35% of us are republicans. Healey will get re-elected no matter what she does. That’s a sad fact. Mass. voters used to have the good sense to elect republican governors to balance out the very liberal legislature. No longer.

While families across the state were worrying about the rising costs, Healey quietly signed off on a $2.31 billion spending bill. And what’s in it? A $1.67 billion bailout for MassHealth, $374 million to keep former Steward hospitals afloat, $10 million to help host World Cup games, $18.3 million for student financial aid, and another $10 million for “operational and technical enhancements” at the Department of Transitional Assistance. Because of course Beacon Hill agencies always need more money. She also approved hiking assessments on hospitals to pump more cash into the Health Safety Net program and greenlit a $50 million transfer from the Commonwealth Care Trust Fund. Meanwhile, lawmakers held back money sheriffs requested because they’re still waiting for the inspector general’s report. Translation: they know there’s more mess coming. Healey insists everything is fine and the budget is under control. She calls it routine government business. In reality, she’s spending billions to cover up the failures her policies caused and blaming them on Trump.

Congressman, you are deliberately misrepresenting the facts. ICE law enforcement did NOT target a daycare and were only at this location because the female illegal alien fled inside. Here is the real story: Officers attempted to conduct a targeted traffic stop of this female illegal alien from Colombia. Officers attempted to pull over this vehicle, which was registered to a female illegal alien, with sirens and emergency lights, but the male driver refused to pull the vehicle over. Law enforcement pursued the vehicle before the assailant sped into a shopping plaza where he and the female passenger fled the vehicle. They ran into a daycare and attempted to barricade themselves inside the daycare—recklessly endangering the children inside. The illegal alien female was arrested inside a vestibule, not in the school. Upon arrest, she lied about her identity. The vehicle is registered to in her name, though she claims that she didn’t know the man who was driving her car and just picked him up from a bus stop.  Facts including criminality and information on the male assailant are forthcoming and we will update the public with more information as soon as it becomes available.
