"Before Abraham was, I am."_ John 8:58 jesus was a mighty prophet, born miraculously to Maryam(Mary), and he did miracles by Allah’s permission. Jesus said "Before Abraham was, I am" It's a statement with two phrases, with both phrase not showing a sign of divinity. It means "I existed in Allah’s knowledge and decree" Every soul and prophet existed in Allah’s knowledge before creation. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: _"I was a prophet while Adam was between water and clay." That's very similar. So, Isa (jesus) could mean: "Allah decreed me and knew me before Abraham was created, or follow my teachings first before Abraham, and I was given revelation before." It doesn’t mean he is God. "I am" is not a claim to divinity. In the context of John 8, Jesus was speaking about his prophethood and his rank with Allah. "I am" in Greek is _ego eimi_ is a common phrase. Prophets often speak with authority given by God. In Islam, only Allah is "Al-Awwal, Al-Akhir" — (The First, The Last), with no beginning [Qur’an 57:3]. No creation shares that.

@Boss_Aleeyu Why? If you got a person who is alive right now and with God then why follow the other person who teaches life but dead now? Follow the teacher who teaches life and still alive and most importantly he is with God.

I am a Muslim. Anything related to Christian religious practices is not for me. I invite all non-Muslims to learn about Islam and accept it, as I believe it is the religion that leads to Paradise.
