Both Czech and South Africa lack quality it is so obvious. They have wasted 10 half chances.

@EBL2017 They can't harm you though. No direct play , really slow, no counter attacks, and lack quality in final actions.

Czech Republic might be basic but they are a real pain in the ass to play against. A team of giants who play to those strengths. Man-to-man from the goal kick where they force you long into their physicality, direct when they have possession, big emphasis on set-pieces and long throws… You can take control away from them like South Korea did with dynamic movements to drag their outside centre backs in the back 5 out and exploit the space in behind OR drop and overload them in the middle if they don’t follow, but you need excellent technical quality to be able to do that. Plus, even in the moments where you force Czech back, they defend with 5 in the last line so are hard to break down. This would be my blueprint for most lower league teams. Overpower opponents with physicality and tried + tested tactics. The same approach got Luton promoted to the Premier League when they had no right to be there. Bromley got promoted out of League Two against all the odds and this was their idea (basically). Salford have the same idea and only missed out in the playoff final. Thomas Frank also overachieved for years in the Premier League with Brentford with this idea before evolving into a back 4.

@ochocinco Congo is actually not given enough credit. Really compact and organised defensively.

It looks that way because DR Congo are crazy disciplined defensively in the low block, as great as CR7 off the ball movement is & ability find space while holding his line they defend compactly like a Beehive, won’t get many opportunities on them unless attacking from the wings.

It's not hte it's just criticism, Bruno kept on ruining attacks caused by Ronaldo, not just that, he kept driving the ball back whenever there was a chance for a potential assist, he plays for my club doesn't mean I won't criticize him when he drops a poor performance👍

@AnfieldRd96 If they keep Chiesa, then they need another top winger and they have the most complete attack in the league . Lst year they had 6 attackers, with 17 yo rio being one of them and injury prone Isak, while chiesa played 300 minutes maximum. 3 atatckers left.
